Ben joins the podcast to chat about his busy start to 2026 and reflect on his journey into triathlon. A former U19 National Road Cycling Champion, he made the switch to triathlon, quickly rising through the age-group ranks before turning professional. Since then, he has secured multiple podiums and raced at both the IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships.
